One of the projects I owned from day one at a NYC based bite-size cupcake company: cupcake mosaics. I designed over 500 mosaics, sent them to production, and would go to events and set up these beauties.
Here is a handful of my favorite cupcake mosaics created out of hundreds of bite-size cupcakes. I recreated logos, pictures, emojis, even portraits for anyone that was willing to pay for this one of a kind dessert spread.
I love all my mosaics the same, but there is one in particular that I am very fond of. I can proudly say that at the age of 25, I had a piece on display at the MoMA! It may have only been for 3 hours before it was wiped clean by guests, but those are minor details.
